My name is Jill Turner and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and with those who are having a hard time adjusting to or coping with a situation they feel stuck in. I help by getting to know you and your situation, tools, and resources. You are the expert in your life, and I am an expert at helping you maximize your strengths and identifying other things that can help. I view my clients as partners in this journey and use a holistic and system-based approach to get us to the goal line together. I have been practicing for over 20 years primarily with veterans, service members, and their families and I have been an Army wife who dealt with deployment and transitions. I am experienced working with women's health issues to include infertility and pregnancy loss. Change and lack of control in situations is hard. I have a passion for helping people manage life's curve balls and challenges and I hope you give me the opportunity to help you!
Life transitions can be overwhelming, especially during the college years when so much is changing at once. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, chronic health concerns, or trauma from the past, you don’t have to face it alone. I help students build confidence, balance, and emotional resilience through compassionate and evidence-based therapy. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, heal from what’s holding you back, and move forward with a stronger sense of peace and purpose.

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained? You’re not broken — your nervous system may just be overloaded. I offer LENS neurofeedback therapy which is a type of therapy that takes no effort from client and offers fast results! If you feel traditional talk therapy has not worked for you this might be the solution. LENS neurofeedback is a gentle therapy that supports your brain in releasing stress patterns and restoring balance. It can help with anxiety, mood challenges, focus difficulties, trauma responses, and feeling emotionally “numb” or reactive. If you’re a college student who feels exhausted all the time, overwhelmed by expectations, or trapped in perfectionism, I see you. You might look “high-functioning” on the outside — good grades, leadership roles, internships — but internally feel anxious, depleted, and afraid of falling behind. I specialize in helping students navigate burnout, chronic stress, academic pressure, and the fear of not being good enough. In our work together, we focus on reducing anxiety, shifting perfectionistic patterns, building emotional resilience, and helping you create rhythms that support both achievement and well-being. Success doesn’t have to cost your mental health!

The transition from high school to college can be a struggle for many students, who may experience feelings of anxiety, boundaries, and guilt during this time. Anxiety can manifest itself in a variety of different ways, such as people-pleasing behaviors, fear, perfectionism, and a general feeling of dissatisfaction. College is about boundaries; learning when to say yes and when to say no to both internal and external pressures. Establishing boundaries is important for the well-being of college students so that they don’t feel overwhelmed with stress or anxiety during this time of transition. If you're feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about your next steps, our individual therapy services can help. We'll work with you to develop a plan that addresses the specific challenges you're facing, and provides you with the tools and support you need to succeed.
I offer compassionate therapy for anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, relationship challenges, and trauma. I create a safe and affirming space for individuals and couples from all walks of life, including the LGBTQ+ community. As a multicultural individual who has lived in several countries, I understand the profound impact of living and working outside one's own culture, often without the familiar support of family and friends. The pursuit of a successful career can demand significant sacrifices, and I recognize the losses that often accompany the gains. Living far from home, navigating a new culture, and missing your loved ones can leave you feeling isolated and overwhelmed. It affects your well-being and relationships. If you're seeking a path towards healing and growth, I'm here to support you. Let's connect – schedule a free 15-minute consultation today.
Hi! My name is Jen Russell. I would love to help you explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors in a safe, empathetic environment. I would love to talk with you and answer any questions you might have. I have over 20 years of experience working with teens and adults. I work with women of all ages struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety, PTSD, attachment issues, and codependency. In the therapy world, a big focus is often on the client learning to trust the therapist and building a strong therapeutic relationship. While I agree this is an essential catalyst for growth, I also believe it is equally important for the client to learn to trust themselves. I focus on empowering my clients to understand how their past experiences have impacted their current relationships, with self and others, and how they can change these patterns. I am a trained EMDR therapist and I utilize this evidence-based treatment to help my clients heal from emotional distress caused by trauma and adverse life experiences. I also specialize in Client Centered Therapy, Attachment Therapy, The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My clients and I collaborate on which approach is best for them and their goals. This work includes examining past experiences to make sense of current maladaptive patterns, practicing mindfulness, learning new skills, and examining client values and goals for future relationships. My goal is for my clients to feel empowered and able to view themselves with self-compassion and trust they have the capacity for change.
