Hello! I'm Chris, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts, and I'm delighted to meet you. With experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and addressing a wide range of mental health conditions, I strive to create a welcoming and open environment. My goal is to ensure you feel at ease discussing any topic that's important to you. I'm excited about the opportunity to work together and support your journey! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment and build strong rapport, which I believe are vital to the therapeutic process. Grounded in a humanistic approach, I encourage active participation in therapy. With kindness and support, I provide gentle challenges to foster growth. At the end of the day, I am here to support you and help you through whatever life throws at you. Life can be scary! Sometimes we feel alone when we are dealing with what life throws at us, but you don't need to feel alone! I am here to support you, validate you, and help you reach your goals.
Do you find yourself stuck, or struggling somehow? I believe that people are doing the best they can, with the experiences and knowledge that they have. Sometimes, however, life throws so much at you that it overwhelms your ability to cope, and you might find yourself on a website like this one, saying, "maybe I need a therapist?" Whether you know exactly what's wrong (like a challenging relationship or choosing a major, or a traumatic experience), or you just have a sense that college somehow isn't what you had in mind (worried, sad, or unfulfilled all the time), then therapy can help. I can help. Please visit my website to find the Matching Questionnaire to get started.

I'm a rock drummer who finally figured things out after a dozen years of failure. Stuff gets in the way, and I've learned how to untangle most of the knots we get ourselves into. My focus is to build strength, trust, and reliance on skills your mom and dad may have tried to help you with. There is magic in gaining traction, and I help do that. Once you're unstuck, we work to keep growth going: altering bad habits, sticking to important schedules, and keeping obligations to work, school, and finances. It's all one big change, but if you take the lead, we'll make it happen. I guess you can call me a "coach on a mission." Try me.

Alex (he/him) is a Mental Health Counselor who believes that everyone’s voice deserves to be heard and that we have the ability to thrive when proper attention is given to our mind, body, and soul. Alex utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach using skills obtained from a plethora of working environments. While primarily utilizing a strength based, person-centered approach, Alex is also proficient in the teachings of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Systems therapy, among other modalities.
