Trevor Milazzo is a licensed clinical social worker with a decade of experience working in community behavioral and mental health, treating adults, children, and families. Trevor believes that healing is dependent on the client's commitment to change, their attending behavior, the attending behavior of the clinician, and the strength of the therapeutic relationship.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults through life’s transitions, emotional challenges, and identity development. My practice blends evidence-based modalities—including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness—with a relational, strengths-based approach that meets clients where they are. I’ve worked extensively with young adults navigating anxiety, grief, academic pressure, and family dynamics, and I bring that same attuned, developmentally informed lens to my work with college students. Whether clients are adjusting to campus life, managing mental health concerns, or exploring their values and goals, I offer a safe, inclusive space for healing and growth. My mission is to empower young people with tools for resilience, self-awareness, and emotional regulation—while honoring the unique cultural, social, and personal contexts that shape their experiences. I am a Licensed Therapist in private practice, providing individual and couples therapy across Texas through secure telehealth. My specialties include helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, anger, infidelity, trauma, and relationship challenges. I also work with couples to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional intimacy using research-based methods such as the Gottman Method. While faith is not a requirement for therapy, I welcome clients who would like their Christian values to be integrated into the counseling process. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on equipping clients with practical tools to create lasting change in their personal and relational lives.
Hi, my name is Keaton Soileau, Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A), and at Houston OCD and Anxiety, under the supervision of Saharah Shrout, Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, I specialize in helping adolescents and young adults with OCD and anxiety improve their overall quality of life and functioning. My ideal client is simply one that is committed to treatment and willing to work collaboratively towards their own unique goals. I provide individual one on one sessions in person and online, as well as intensive outpatient therapy (multiple or extended sessions per week) for those seeking a higher level of care. Specializing in treating OCD and anxiety disorders, I use gold standard anxiety treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-CBT. I also provide SPACE training to help parents implement symptom-reduction skills for their child's anxiety and OCD. I believe that each individual brings their own unique experiences to counseling and that you are much more than your symptoms, even though it may not seem this way right now. Collaboratively, I will work towards helping you obtain your goals, meet you with genuine care, and help challenge your fears when fear stands in the way of your best quality of life.
I work best with women who are navigating major life transitions and feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. Many of my clients are in seasons like pregnancy, postpartum, early motherhood, or adjusting to shifting roles and identities. They may struggle with anxiety, mood changes, emotional overwhelm, or feeling like they’ve lost a sense of who they are. My clients often care deeply about their families but feel exhausted trying to hold everything together. They may feel unseen, invalidated, or alone in their experiences. They want a space where they can be honest without judgment and begin to understand themselves more clearly. If you’re looking for support that feels compassionate, grounded, and focused on helping you reconnect with yourself, you’re likely a great fit for my practice.
Welcome! I am excited to meet you and work with you. I love working with college students. This is such a special time in your life. Transitioning from home, into college and into the workforce can be exciting but stressful. Many struggle with homesickness, stress from academics, problems with social adjustment or time management. Or just simply suddenly dealing with depression, anxiety, or past trauma that finally needs to be addressed. No matter the issues, I am here to help.
It has been a privilege to have worked in the social work field for over 13 years in the state of Texas in various settings that have included long-term care, hospital settings, inpatient hospice, home health, foster and adoption, Alzheimer's and dementia care, private practice and now clinical supervision. I received my bachelor's in social work from Texas Woman's University and my master's in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington. I spent my post-graduate 2-year clinicals preparing to work in private practice and specialize in trauma and serving our veteran population. I am a native Texan who loves being a wife and mother, and I'm an avid nature lover with a passion for animals and for reading!  I take the upmost care to provide a warm, caring and judgement-free approach in my treatment. It's daunting to sit with a stranger and discuss painful and sometimes traumatic details, and I strive to provide a safe and comfortable space to every client. I am trained and practiced in using many therapeutic modalities and approaches including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and many more. I place great importance on getting to know you with a comprehensive intake and assessment and appropriate diagnosis. A diagnosis isn't meant to be a label, but it is vital to ensuring that you receive the right therapy modality for your needs. There is no one size fits all approach in therapy!
We are not biologically wired to cope with life alone. Even if we are not "alone" sometimes the ones we love lack the ability to fully support or understand us. Even if they may be a solid part of our support system. This is where therapy comes in. I specialize in guiding individuals through the intricate terrain of strong emotions. I have completed extensive training and research on healing strategies targeted for those trying to heal from adverse life experiences, trauma, ptsd, c-ptsd (attatchment/early childhood wounds) anxiety, depression, anger, and borderline personality disorder. **Treatment Modalities:** I am trained in EMDR, designed to reduce emotional distress due to traumatic life experiences. I also have special training in its use for helping those with borderline personality disorder and early childhood wounds, and anxiety-related issues. EMDR is considered a first-line treatment for trauma and has been shown to reduce emotional distress and accelerate the healing process. In addition, I use cognitive processing therapy (CPT), which has similar aims through different treatment techniques. Somatic (mind-body) techniques are also incorporated throughout the treatment process. We can talk about what will be the best fit for you. I also incorporate dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) skills for emotion regulation to tackle issues such as anxiety, depression, and anger. My clients will have take-home strategies that they can use outside of therapy. If you think we would be a good fit, I can be reached by call, text, or email.

Hi, my name is Sarah Hoffman, and I’m a licensed counselor in Houston, TX. I help anxious and overwhelmed students struggling with the stress of school and daily life find ways to take control of their lives and feel better. I help my clients better understand themselves and their minds, harness their strengths, and embrace their full selves so they can live the life they want. I’m an affirming therapist and have extensive experience supporting students who identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, transgender, gender expansive, BIPOC, migrant/immigrant/child of immigrants, or who had a multicultural upbringing. I will celebrate, support, honor, and work to understand all parts of you, including your cultures, values, beliefs, and many identities. It’s important you feel safe to bring your full self into our sessions. My specialties include ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. Sometimes, life feels like an endless battle and a constant game of catch-up that leaves you feeling drained and overwhelmed. Some days, even the simple act of getting out of bed might feel impossible as you struggle to keep track of everything on your ever-growing to-do list. It feels like you're always running late, forgetting important things, and it's hard to concentrate on anything. Even though people around you might think you're doing okay because you hide how you feel and put on a brave face, the truth is that inside, you feel like you're falling apart. Life feels confusing and overwhelming. I understand how the pressure to succeed and the fear of messing up and failing can be paralyzing and suffocating. It’s draining to feel like you’re always on edge. You want to enjoy your life and have a chance to catch your breath. You’re starting to realize that maybe this isn’t how everyone feels, and you want to find a way to feel better. I know how hard it is to figure out how to balance the responsibilities and expectations of life. I get what it's like to feel different, and that life is more challenging for you than for others without knowing why. I understand the exhaustion of figuring out who you are and where you fit in the world. From personal experience, I also know how much it helps to work with an affirming and supportive counselor when you're struggling. Counseling is an investment in yourself. To get the most from your counseling sessions, you need a counselor you trust, who works to understand you, and has the training to help you reach your counseling goals. I worked in education for many years, both as a teacher and school counselor, and I understand the pressure of balancing school, family, friends, extracurriculars, work, and life. Working so hard to stay on top of everything is tiring. I became a licensed counselor because I wanted to help students reduce their feelings of stress and anxiety and find joy and peace in the chaos of everyday life. I firmly believe that everyone deserves access to the tools, knowledge, and self-understanding needed to live a meaningful and choice-filled life. Everyone deserves support navigating life’s challenges. My approach combines strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. During our counseling sessions, I’ll provide you with personalized tools and strategies to help you take control of your life and handle life’s daily challenges with ease. When you better understand yourself and how your mind works, you can finally let go of the feeling you're not measuring up and start waking up feeling confident and energized for the day. Through our work together in counseling, you can start to change how you view yourself and shed the weight of your worries. When you better understand yourself and how your mind works, you can finally let go of that feeling that you're not measuring up. If at any point, you find our counseling sessions aren't working, I'll adjust my approach or help connect you with appropriate referrals. Your comfort and progress are my top priorities in counseling. I want to help you trade stress for a more fulfilling life and find your genuine smile. To learn more about working with me, you can visit my website and reach out to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. During this call, I'll let you know how I can help, or I'll do my best to connect you with someone who can. I want to help you stop feeling anxious and overwhelmed and start finding balance and joy in your life.

If you’re a college student feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Many students I work with appear capable and driven on the outside, yet internally feel exhausted, pressured, or unsure they can keep going at the same pace. Constant stress, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, or self-doubt can quietly build until it starts to affect your mental health, relationships, sleep, or academic performance. I work with college students and young adults who are navigating high expectations, academic pressure, and major life transitions. You may be adjusting to college, questioning your direction, struggling to balance responsibilities, or feeling like you are never doing enough. Therapy can be a place to slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and begin feeling more grounded and in control again. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you feel better in your day-to-day life. I take time to understand your experiences so we can identify what is contributing to your stress and develop practical tools you can actually use. Together, we work on managing anxiety, reducing overwhelm, strengthening self-esteem, and building healthier ways to cope so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Clients often describe me as calm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a space where you do not have to have everything figured out and where you can be honest without fear of judgment. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you are returning with new goals, you will be met with understanding, consistency, and support. Alongside coping skills, we focus on self-reflection and insight to help you understand patterns that may be holding you back and create meaningful, lasting change. I am passionate about helping other people improve their health and have dedicated my nursing career toward continually achieving this goal. I am honored to have been a registered nurse for 17 years, with most of that time spent in a major metropolitan hospital responding to medical emergencies as part of the facility’s Rapid Response Team. After gaining a wealth of experience performing rapid assessments and thus improving the physiological and mental health needs of patients in crisis, it made sense for me to evolve and find a niche that focused solely on psychiatric-mental health nursing. I approach new clients with the belief that they should be encouraged to speak freely, which is a fundamentally important step towards establishing clear goals and objectives. Furthermore, I would like my clients to feel comfortable being an active participant and engaged in improving their mental well-being. The goal of our time together is quite simply to help you start to feel better and improve the quality of your life. I would like you to feel comfortable enough to share the issues that are most challenging and burdensome so that we may work towards addressing them head on. Our initial encounter will include learning your history, how you’ve been feeling, any past successes and/or failures with medications, and then collaborating towards a plan to achieving the goal of feeling better and improving your mental health.
