Hi! My name is Michelle and I have a passion for working with women in the perinatal population, children, and athletes to improve their mental sport performance game! Navigating college and adulthood can be challenging and overwhelming! There is a lot to juggle and sometimes it can feel like a lot or you have to manage it alone. School or being an athlete can feel like a full time job. So it’s okay if you need someone to talk to, someone who’s been there and gets it. Because you don’t have to handle everything by yourself.
Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted in your life or relationship? Many people I work with feel stuck in cycles of conflict, overthinking, unresolved trauma, or major life transitions that leave them uncertain and lacking confidence. I support adult individuals and couples in rebuilding trust, deepening connection, and moving forward feeling more secure and aligned. My practice is affirming and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ partners and diverse relationship structures. I work with individuals who are ready to do the work and committed to creating lasting change in their lives and relationships.

Hello! I am a proud Hispanic Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the social service field and 3 years practicing therapy. I’m also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and I’m passionate about providing support that is compassionate, practical, and culturally grounded. Under the supervision of Glenda Faulkner-Woodliff, M.A., LPC-S I have immediate availability with flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, dealing with relationship stress, questioning your path, or just looking for a safe place to talk things out, my door is open. My work is all about creating a safe and trauma-informed space where you can feel supported. A little about me—I’m a Ukrainian-American adoptee, so I know how complex identity can be, especially when you're figuring out who you want to be. With experience in community mental health, substance use prevention, and working with people from all walks of life, I bring a compassionate and open-minded approach to therapy. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and empowered to make choices that are right for you. Whatever’s on your mind, let’s face it together. College can feel overwhelming. Classes pile up, friendships shift, family expectations get louder, and suddenly you’re supposed to make big decisions about your future while still figuring out who you are. It’s a lot, and many students tell me they feel stressed, anxious, or unsure of what they’re doing — even if they look “fine” on the outside. If you’ve been feeling this way too, you’re not alone. I’m a therapist who works with college students dealing with stress, social anxiety, career worries, and the ups and downs of adjusting to college life. In our sessions, you get a calm, supportive space to talk about what’s going on, sort through the noise, and learn ways to feel more grounded and confident day to day. We’ll look at what’s getting in your way, what you want for yourself, and what small steps can help you feel better — without pressure, judgment, or complicated language. You set the pace, and we focus on what matters most to you. Therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and figure out what you need to feel more like yourself again.

Hello! My name is Maddie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here in Texas. I practice predominantly in psychotic disorders, psychosis and mood disorders. I specialize in mental health and trauma working with individuals struggling with moderate to severe sexual trauma, historical trauma and childhood trauma. When stress and emotional overwhelm build up, it can feel like you’re slowly losing yourself. I’m Esther, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I have a passion for working with young adults who carry a lot on their shoulders. I carry the lived experience of being a first-generation Latina college student of mixed heritage. I understand the emotional complexity of balancing cultural values, family expectations, and personal growth, and how isolating or overwhelming that process can feel at times. This perspective allows me to connect deeply with the unique strengths, resilience, and challenges that come with belonging to multiple worlds and sometimes feeling torn between them. My therapeutic style is grounded in authenticity— I show up as myself, using warmth, humor, and gentle directness to help you explore the parts of your life that feel heavy, complicated, or stuck. My goal is to provide clients the space where their vulnerability is honored, so that their own sense of authenticity can flourish. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, identity concerns, trauma, cultural and family expectations, and perfectionism. I earned both my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), where my training was grounded in culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client, mostly drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and feeling a sense of connection matters. I offer a 15-minute consultation as a way for us to talk about what you’re hoping for, answer any questions you may have, and see if my approach feels like the right fit for you. If you’re ready to explore your story in a meaningful and empowering way, I’d be honored to walk with you through that process.
