If you’ve been feeling like you’ve kind of lost yourself lately, you’re not alone—and you’re exactly who I love working with. A lot of the people I see are juggling school, expectations, relationships, and big life decisions, while quietly feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they really are. Are you feeling stuck in anxiety, low mood, or a season of life that no longer fits who you are becoming? Maybe you are navigating depression, grief, or a major life transition and finding that your usual coping skills are no longer enough. Many adults and families reach a point where stress, mood changes, or emotional pain begin to interfere with relationships, work, or daily functioning. If you are seeking clarity, stability, or a sense of direction, you are not alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and reconnect with your strengths. I find joy in the journey of self discovery. I have experience with 12 step programs, and I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have considerable life experience to assist people who are struggling with life transitions. Reaching out and stepping into change can be very challenging, and it’s the first step towards personal discovery and lasting change and recovery.

I am a relational therapist integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic-informed practices. Virtual sessions. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Discounted rates when requested. My speciality areas include: - Grief (Infertility, loss of a loved one, breakups, unfulfilled goals) - Burnout - Complex Family Dynamics - Life Transitions (Motherhood, Career Changes) - Attachment trauma - Pressure that come with a high-demand career My approach to therapy is collaborative and follows a thoughtful process. Together, we explore the roots of your feelings. Often, feelings point to underlying needs, so you and I identify the unmet need your feelings may be drawing attention to. Understanding your feelings is foundational, yet insight alone does not always guide lasting change. Next, we intentionally support your mind and body to process and release emotional tension. Throughout this process, I create a supportive, trusting space where your nervous system can feel secure and you can explore your authentic self. I strive to meet clients where they are, walking alongside them with kindness, empathy, presence, and unwavering commitment to their well-being. I value respectful, kind, direct communication. When requested, I provide Christian counseling, integrating Scripture and the Gospel in a God-honoring space. I'm here to support whatever goals you have for yourself. My approach as a therapist is simple- I'm here to help you recognize the parts of yourself that you're proud of and change the parts you want to be different. Trust me, there is no problem too big or too small to bring to therapy! My clients have usually included people who have been marginalized by socio-economic barriers, people who have experienced trauma, and those with autism or other types of neurodivergence, or developmental disabilities. Since these issues can make life especially tough in new and different ways during college and the transition to adulthood, I've found that this stage of life can be the perfect time to seek out some help. Although I have a lot of experience working with ages 12-18, I'm also passionate about providing therapy to adults throughout the lifespan. I believe that a comfortable working relationship between you and your therapist is so important for you to fully access your resilience to heal and be empowered to achieve your goals. I'll always encourage you to give me honest feedback to ensure that sessions are supportive and meet your specific needs. Sessions with me will always be judgement free zones where authenticity and vulnerability are highly valued. Whether that sounds well within or far outside your comfort zone, I'd love to meet to answer any questions you have and to see if we might be a good fit. You're the one everyone counts on. You show up, you achieve, you hold it together — and somewhere underneath, you're exhausted and not sure why nothing feels like enough. Maybe you grew up translating for your parents, managing everyone's emotions, or learning early that needing things was inconvenient. Maybe you've never called any of that trauma, because it just felt like life. I work with high-achieving adults, adult children of immigrants, and couples who are tired of functioning well and feeling terrible. Together we get underneath the coping — the overworking, the people-pleasing, the hyper-independence — and into what your nervous system has been carrying all along. My approach is warm and direct. I'll reflect back what I notice, ask the harder question, and hold space for the parts of your story that don't have easy language yet. I use Brainspotting and EMDR alongside talk therapy, because some things live in the body and can't be reasoned through. I'm Surabhi Jagdish, LMFT-S, with over 12 years of experience. I see clients virtually across Minnesota, Texas, and Colorado.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, passionate about collaborating with clients who are on their mental wellbeing journey. I believe the future is always negotiable and there is reason for hope. Change may not be easy, and may take time, reflection, and exploration. My ideal client is open, truthful, self-reflective, courageous, and willing to work towards what he/she/they want for their lives. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or boundary issues, I believe we can work together to help you reach your goals.
We believe what makes you different makes you wonderful, not wrong. Too many people spend their first therapy sessions teaching a well-meaning counselor the vocabulary of their own lives before they can even talk about what's actually going on. We started Love Let Out because everyone deserves a therapist who already speaks their language, and because we're committed to dismantling the systemic barriers that keep marginalized communities from getting care that actually fits them. We do this by building our practice around lived understanding, not just clinical training. Our clinicians come from the communities we serve, your life isn't theoretical to us. That means our approach is collaborative and culturally responsive from the first session: we're not assessing whether your relationship structure or identity is "the problem," we're helping you build a life and relationships that actually work for who you are. In practice, that looks like a team of licensed clinicians offering telehealth therapy across Texas, Oregon, and Washington, specializing in open/non-monogamous relationships and kink-affirming care, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, neurodivergence (ADHD/autism), and trauma and religious trauma recovery. We work with individuals, couples, and small groups/polycules, ages 15 and up.

I am an experienced therapist who helps adults and adolescents with anxiety, life transitions, and trauma recovery. I offer a personalized approach to each client's unique needs. I help teens and adults move from anxiety, anger, and panic into greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and healthier relationships. Using EMDR, we focus on creating deep, lasting change—so you can feel more in control, connected, and free in daily life. I consider each client's unique characteristics, strengths, values, and needs to create a unique treatment plan for each client. My approach is to come alongside my clients in a way that is free from shame and judgment while creating a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment. If you’re looking for support and someone to journey alongside you as you seek assistance working on specific life issues, and pursuing wellness and connection, contact Danielle to schedule an appointment.
You might look like you're holding it together on the outside, but internally things feel overwhelming. I work with teens and adults who are feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, navigating major life changes, or carrying experiences from the past that continue to affect their daily lives. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, difficult relationships, or simply don't feel like yourself anymore, I'm here to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward. My goal is for you to feel more in control of your life. We’ll explore how your past influences your present, creating a safe space where you feel truly seen. Our time together is to help you discover the strength you already have in you to move forward with clarity and confidence. Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you don't have to have everything figured out before we meet. Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, and begin creating a plan to move forward that feels right for you.
You don’t have to be in crisis to start therapy. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected in your relationship, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, support can make a meaningful difference. I primarily work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, stress, communication challenges, boundary setting, self-worth concerns, and relationship or family conflict. Many clients come to me wanting to improve communication, rebuild trust, break generational cycles, or feel more secure within themselves and their relationships. Together, we focus on strengthening emotional regulation, deepening self-awareness, and creating healthier, more connected partnerships. I provide a culturally responsive and affirming space, especially for individuals within BIPOC and Latinx communities balancing personal growth with cultural and family expectations. Therapy is collaborative, tailored to your needs, and grounded in compassion and evidence-based practices.
