I am a relational therapist who emphasizes a social justice approach to my work. I believe that to truly, deeply understand ourselves, we must look at the larger context within which we operate. Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I tend to work best with clients who are experiencing adjustments to life stages, and/or those who identify with Borderline Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and anxiety disorders. I am passionate about creating spaces, both in therapy and in communities, that can hold all parts of us, including the vulnerable and painful ones, and allow them to connect rather than isolate us. I work to empower clients to understand their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and reclaim their lives. Our individualized therapy sessions provide a safe space for healing and growth, guiding you toward lasting resilience and improved mental well-being. Whether you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts, overwhelming worry, or persistent sadness, my role is to guide you in uncovering and embracing these resources through a compassionate and supportive therapeutic relationship. I also work with couples, where I provide a safe and supportive environment so that partners can explore their feelings, improve communication, and navigate conflicts. With personalized strategies and evidence-based techniques, I’m here to help couples rediscover intimacy, build trust, and foster a deeper connection. Whether you’re facing a specific issue or seeking to enhance your relationship, I’m here to guide you on your journey to a healthier, happier partnership. Let’s work together to create the love and understanding you deserve. Whether you're interested in individual, couple's, or group therapy, I strive to create a compassionate healing environment built on trust, transparency and mutual respect, in which clients can reclaim their sense of power and agency as they reconnect with their inner strength. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where we explore your inner world and develop practical tools for emotional resilience. My approach is collaborative, and I aim to empower you to understand and embrace all parts of yourself, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Drexel University, and my Bachelor’s from the State University of New York at Oswego. I have formal training in Exposure Response Prevention, the gold standard of OCD treatment, but also heavily incorporate other modalities in my work and will always tailor our work to your needs. When not at work, I can often be found with friends at a local coffee shop, or home spending time with my partner and our two cats, Jack and Hendricks.

Therapy is a great tool to explore how your past experiences and early relationships influence your current relationships, symptoms of anxiety, depression, and how you navigate and process feelings. I truly believe the relational component to therapy (relationship between therapist and patient) can bring to light reactions, feelings, and patterns that show up outside of the therapy space. With this, you can begin to gain insight into how these experiences make you feel and make changes that align with your wants and needs. My hope is to create a collaborative, non-judgmental and validating space to allow for exploration of concerns and enable growth. I encourage you to contact me so we can begin to explore what is holding you back from living a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

My style is conversational and informal. I seek to help the client get a better understanding of themselves and meet their inner selves with compassion and non-judgement.

College can be a wild mix of freedom and stress... with friend drama, missing home but wanting independence, figuring out what you want to do with your life, financial pressure, loneliness when friend groups shift, and the everyday weight of adult responsibilities starting to pile up. It’s a lot to carry, and it makes sense if you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure how to handle it all. And then, when you’re finally ready to reach out for support, finding a therapist can feel like another full-time assignment. Scrolling through endless profiles feels a little like online dating... you’re reading way too many bios, everyone sounds kind of the same, and you’re left wondering who you’ll actually click with. Add in the stress of costs, schedules, and trying to figure out if they’ll really get what you’re going through, and it’s exhausting before you even start. My goal is to make that step less overwhelming and give you a space where you don’t have to perform, pretend, or have it all figured out.
