I have a Master's in Expressive Therapies and I enjoy helping people work through and find ways to overcome problems with family, relationships, work, or school, and figuring out how to navigate life's exciting but stressful transitions. I aim to give you a sense of agency in therapy and in life by collaborating with you to define your own goals based on what's important to you. I can help you engage your imagination through different ways of expressing yourself (through images, movement, sound, words, play, etc.) in order to define your goals, gain insight into your challenges, shift perspective, and find new ways to get unstuck.
Each of us benefits from having someone to really listen to us and help us learn and grow to become more able to advocate for that which we need to find our balance. I am certified in perinatal mental health and I have experience working with women struggling with postpartum, infertility, perinatal loss and with those navigating medical/special needs parenting. I am passionate about working with women around their unique challenges. I walk alongside my clients as they process their feelings and learn ways to communicate and cope during difficult times. Helping clients fill their “toolbox” using various modalities to build skills to cope and change how they think about various relationships and situations. Learning balance in life between work and home and helping others and self care is important in the healing process. Helping provide resources to assist clients on their journey. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate the challenges you are facing. Please reach out to determine if we would be a good fit.

Many of us struggle in silence to overcome the challenges we face, but you no longer have to face that battle alone. While the first step is acknowledging the change you need, it takes courage to recognize you need some guidance. It takes even more courage to initiate those first steps towards improving your life. I am a mental health therapist passionate about serving others through some of the darkest periods of their lives. I empower my clients battling issues related to anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harming behavior, trauma, emotional regulation, difficulties with stress, anger management, relationship problems, and many more. I consider the work I do a privilege. I look forward to beginning the journey of assisting clients in becoming not who they were before, but a new, integrated, and improved version of themselves. Are you ready to embark on this adventure together?
Are you struggling with procrastination and difficulty getting your work done? Or maybe you can't sleep or feel constantly exhausted. Our weight-obsessed culture chastises and shames you, as though your body size is not only a personal moral failing, but a reliable indicator of poor health. Over time, you started internalizing this anti-fat bias, and often treat yourself with the same level of contempt. You either avoid seeking medical care altogether, or expose yourself to the risk of weight stigma (far more harmful than any presumed adverse effect of your weight itself). You forgot how to nourish yourself – sometimes forbidding yourself food, sometimes isolating in shame for a binge, sometimes "paying" via purge. But friend, you are meant to bloom - not shrink. I know this may be difficult to believe right now, but you are already lovely, wise, and worthy of much more in life. I’ll hold that thought for you as you relearn it, and we use it as the foundation of our work. From there, we’ll integrate cognitive behavioral strategies with EMDR to gain insights from the present to heal your old wounds once and for all. You deserve to fully enjoy, nourish, and be at peace with your body. Learn to better understand your thoughts and emotions, and stop wasting energy on what others think. Explore the root causes of the shame you've been taught, and work to move past it – your deepest self longs to be known. Call me now for your free consultation, and let’s get started today!
Hi, I work with people who feel stressed out or who are having reactions to difficult or traumatic experiences. I especially enjoy helping people process experiences unique to the LGBTQIA+ community. I have over 15 years of experience and specialized training in EMDR (a treatment for trauma) and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). Working with me feels like a collaborative conversation where I provide warmth and compassion as we strive to better understand the things that have been weighing you down. I work with people who are 18 years and older.
Hello! My name is Laci. I am a compassionate, dedicated, analytical, and team oriented therapist with a lifelong passion towards helping and uplifting others. My passion stems from my own childhood and my difficulties with my mental health and self confidence. I believe that everyone is capable of positive change no matter a person’s age, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, and overall background. It is up to those in the helping professions, like myself, to assist in lighting that spark for change. I have experience providing individual and family therapy to clients ages 5 to 18 years of age. I also have experience working with folks who are unhoused and disabled. In practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-focused Therapy to serve a wide variety of clients.
Hi! My name is Rachel Hammond, LPC, LMHC, ATR. I am a licensed counselor and registered art therapist currently serving women virtually in Massachusetts and Louisiana. The journey looks different for everyone and, with that in mind, I tailor my work to include a variety of modalities. I integrate mindfulness practice, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) approaches into sessions, incorporating the whole self as a means to heal. Progress isn’t always linear; however, I do believe we all inherently have within us the ability to heal and grow. I take great care in helping women overcome anxiety and self-doubt, serving as a guide for my clients to dig deeper and explore strategies to lead aligned, fulfilling lives.
