BE Therapy
Anxiety and depression are so prevalent these days. Coping with difficult transitions such as adjusting to college, being weighed down by existential/career pressures can feel so overwhelming. Romantic struggles are also stressful, including conflict with your beloved related to intimacy, infidelity, etc. Communication with your partner/family member can feel so frustrating at times. "Getting on the same page" with your partner prior to taking the next step would feel great. Coping with a loss can make you feel powerless. These are all really heavy life challenges that many of us face, but you don't have to face them alone. I am here to help. I work with individuals and couples by providing you with the tools you need for healthier relationships, better communication, and more fulfillment. I will help you sort through the various questions that impede love and joy in your life. I also offer Brainspotting, a revolutionary brain-body processing method that heals emotional wounds/traumas which may take longer to heal with traditional talk therapy alone. I look forward to offering you an opportunity for more healing!

If this is something you struggle with, I am confident we can work together to navigate these issues. We can add more joy and take away stress from your life.

I respect and encourage my patients to be involved in their treatment as I feel this provides the best outcome for the patient. Being a mom, I understand the importance of working with not just the patient, but also with the family to provide the best care. Roz Gallagher
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate with experience supporting couples and individuals as they navigate the issues that matter most to them. My passion for this field began in the rural South, where I became fascinated by the relationships that sustain us and the ways we communicate with ourselves and each other, especially in the face of trauma. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and change, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering support and tools that can help you move toward the life and relationships you want. In my practice, I specialize in working with couples from diverse relationship and family structures wanting to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and develop healthier ways to manage conflict. I am Gottman Level 2 certified, an approach to couples therapy that focuses on building strong, healthy relationships. I am also informed by the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) that draws from attachment theory and cognitive neuroscience to help couples move toward secure functioning as they learn to regulate emotion together. We will work together to create a strong foundation upon which a secure relationship can be built. I also specialize in working with individuals of all ages navigating LGBT issues such as gender identity, which is deeply linked to how we are perceived and show up in the world. My approach utilizes a trauma-informed lens to identify the impacts on everyday life and guide where the client would most like to explore. I am informed by the Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM) that uses both somatic and psychodynamic techniques to identify survival patterns that are no longer useful to us and works on bringing the mind and body into alignment. I also incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which focuses on how we experience and express emotion, supporting healthier regulation and deeper self-understanding. We will work together to create a space to process and explore as you move toward personal growth. It is a privilege to work with my clients as they gain the courage to take steps toward personal growth and build meaningful relationships with themselves and others.
Elissa Tanda
I work with individuals and families who are navigating life changes, anxiety, depression and overall life stressors. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, heard, and valued. Therapy is a place where you do not have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have all the answers; we move at a pace that feels supportive and respectful. Clients often describe me as warm, gentle, and genuine. I use appropriate humor to ease tension, while also offering thoughtful reflection to gently interrupt patterns that may no longer be serving you. Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive, balancing emotional understanding with practical skill-building to encourage meaningful change. My hope is that through our work together, you will feel safer in yourself, more empowered, and more confident in your voice; carrying forward a deeper sense of resilience, self-worth, and the light you bring into the world.
Myranda Donk - Ellie Mental Health
Nobody wants to come to therapy and feel like they're talking to a robot. My approach comes from the understanding that each person is unique in their experiences and perspective. I tailor each session to you and draw from evidence-based practices, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy when developmentally appropriate. With me, therapy is adapted to fit you or your child's individual needs and goals. Our therapeutic relationship is central to our sessions. I offer genuine concern, empathy, appropriate humor, and thoughtful reflection. Clients have described me as supportive, genuine, and comforting. Together, we will take a collaborative, strengths-based and values-focused approach, where we will work on growth and change together. I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for all clients, where you feel heard and empowered, and where we can foster change together. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, life transitions, behavioral challenges, relationship concerns and other difficulties with phases of life. I can't wait to meet you
Destiny Blankenship

I aim to provide a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and work through the things that feel difficult to put into words. I believe therapy should be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and creative approaches such as art, music, and play. I strive to create an affirming, judgment-free space for people of diverse identities, relationships, and lived experiences. College should be about growth, not just survival. If you're struggling with unpredictable mood swings, overwhelming worry, lots of sadness, or using substances to cope, or climate anxiety, I'm here for you. I work best with students who experience intense emotional ups and downs, find themselves caught in cycles of productivity followed by inability to function, or use alcohol or other substances to manage difficult feelings and thoughts, or those who are preoccupied with climate-related grief or anxiety. I offer a space where you don't need to hide your challenges or pretend to have it all together. We'll focus on getting to know each other, creating a safe space to open up, and increasing coping strategies, such as recognizing early warning signs, building supportive routines, navigating academic pressures, developing genuine connections without relying on substances, and handling the climate crisis with more ease. Whether you're facing mood swings, anxiety, depression, substance use challenges, climate distress, or all of these, there's a path forward. Reach out today to take the first step towards change, growth and stability.
