I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor serving individuals across Texas via telehealth, and I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted—exactly as you are. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or emotionally exhausted, often carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety/depression, or grief. You might feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or weighed down by past experiences that still show up in the present. My role is to help you make sense of those experiences and move forward in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

My approach is accepting, collaborative, and deeply empathic. Clients often share that they feel truly understood in our sessions—without judgment or pressure. I use EMDR alongside talk therapy to help process painful memories, so they hold less power over your day-to-day life. Together, we work toward making the weight of your past feel lighter.

I was drawn to mental health work because I truly enjoy helping people reconnect with their strength. What continues to motivate my work is witnessing those moments when clients realize they don’t have to carry everything alone.
