I am a Licensed Professional Counselor honored with over 20 years of experience working with individuals with various mood and mental health concerns. I'm trained as a Gestalt and Cognitive Behavior Therapist. Additionally, I hold certifications in both Brainspotting and the Safe and Sound Protocol (Polyvagal theory), which are mindfulness reprocessing tools used to heal trauma and promote emotional regulation. I integrate both evidence-based practice as well as holistic functional care to meet your individual needs and facilitate positive growth.
