My work with clients is collaborative, compassionate and focused on strengths. My training as a couples and family therapist and background in mathematics provides a unique perspective from which to explore your context: how your experiences, relationships, identities and larger systemic issues contribute to the challenges you're experiencing. I will aim to create a strong and trustworthy relationship with you, work with you to define and achieve goals, and offer assessments when appropriate. We will focus on amplifying your strengths and resources and supporting you to create change in a manner that is most empowering to you. Please note: I am accepting new clients for my waitlist.
