Beginning therapy can feel daunting, and choosing to start is an act of strength. I offer a supportive, welcoming space for people of all genders who are ready to explore growth and healing. I have extensive experience working with men, especially men of color, who may be new to therapy and navigating stigma. Using evidence based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, along with training in nutrition and mental health, I help clients understand the roots of their concerns and build practical tools for change. My goal is to create relaxed, trusting sessions grounded in collaboration and understanding.
