My approach is eclectic, modern and relational, meaning that I draw upon a variety of techniques and theories to best suit your individual needs. I strongly believe that building a trusting relationship is critical, so we can work in way that feels effective to you. When needed, we will focus on concrete goals to work towards to provide relief of symptoms.
